Privacy
What this site stores, and what it does not.
This site is built to keep client details private. It uses no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no embedded maps, no external fonts, and no third-party scripts. When you open a page here, your browser talks to one server: this one.
What the site collects
When you send a message, the site stores the details you choose to provide, such as your name, contact information, and dinner notes. Private client links may also store food preferences, dinner details, proposal responses, and invoice details.
How that information is used
Anthony uses this information to plan dinners, reply to inquiries, prepare menus, and manage client records. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
How visits are counted
The site keeps its own record of how it is being used: which page was opened, roughly where the visit came from, how long the page was open and how far down it was read, how quickly the page loaded for you, the kind of device, and whether a message was sent. This runs on this server. Nothing goes to an advertising network or an analytics company, and nothing follows you to other websites.
- No cookie is set for this, and nothing is kept on your device once you close the tab.
- The identifier used to group a single visit is rebuilt every day, so it cannot connect one visit to the next.
- Your IP address is shortened before it is stored. The full address is never kept.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of this runs at all.
- Messages are kept for 90 days. Visit records are kept for up to a year, then deleted.
- If you send a message, it is linked to that visit record so Anthony can tell how people find him.
Website logs
The server also keeps basic operational logs so the site can be maintained and protected. Full IP addresses are not stored in them.
Cookies and private links
The public site does not use tracking cookies. The admin area uses a session cookie so Anthony can stay signed in. Private client links are marked noindex and no-store.
How to ask about your information
Use the contact page if you want Anthony to update or remove information you previously shared.
